Trip Permission Slips
When planning a trip, please use the forms below. Trip plans need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the trip for approval from your direct supervisor. Permission slips must be given in both Spanish and English.

BLHS is committed to providing its students' with Special Education Services the least restrictive setting and focusing on the students' abilities not disabilities. BLHS offers SETSS, Integrated Co-Teaching, and Self Contained classes with on campus related servcies of counseling, speech and language, and physical therapy.
